Sending a parcel from Nepal to the UK costs Rs. 4,000 for 1 kg, Rs. 1,300 per kg for 5–9 kg, Rs. 750 per kg for 10–19 kg and Rs. 675 per kg for 20 kg and above. Boxes above 10 kg have an extra Rs. 1,500 customs handling charge.

Courier delivery from Nepal to the UK normally takes 4–6 business days from dispatch. UK customs inspection can occasionally add a few extra days. Every parcel gets a tracking number, so you and the receiver can follow it until delivery.

A 1 kg parcel costs Rs. 4,000, 2 kg Rs. 4,500, 3 kg Rs. 5,000 and 4 kg Rs. 5,500. From 5–9 kg the rate is Rs. 1,300 per kg, from 10–19 kg Rs. 750 per kg, and from 20 kg upward Rs. 675 per kg. Boxes above 10 kg have an additional Rs. 1,500 customs handling charge.

The maximum is 25 kg per box. Shipments heavier than 25 kg are split into multiple boxes.
Yes. Boxes above 10 kg have a customs handling charge of Rs. 1,500 per box, added to the weight charge.
Yes. Cooking oil and honey can be sent in small, tightly sealed, narrow-mouth bottles so nothing leaks during transit. Contact us before packing for guidance on quantity.
Yes. Commercially packed and clearly labelled spices and sealed packaged foods are allowed. Homemade or loose items may be inspected or rejected by UK customs.
No. We do not accept any tobacco products, including cigarettes, khaini, surti or gutkha, because sending them by courier is illegal.
Yes, with a valid doctor's prescription and purchase bill. A maximum of three months' supply is allowed, and some medicines may be restricted.
Artificial (non-gold, non-silver) jewelry is allowed. Gold and silver jewelry cannot be sent.
Yes. Pickup is free anywhere inside Kathmandu Valley. You can also drop your parcel at our office in Khasibazar, Kathmandu. For pickup outside the valley, please contact us.
