Nepal to UK courier service

Parcels to the UK are delivered by DPD to every UK postcode in 4–6 business days. Rates start at Rs. 4,000 for 1 kg, fall to Rs. 750 per kg from 10 kg and Rs. 675 per kg from 20 kg, with up to 25 kg per box. Documents cost Rs. 4,500. Dairy and meat, including ghee, cannot be sent. Nepal to Japan courier service

We deliver door to door anywhere in Japan in 10–14 business days. Rates start at Rs. 4,000 for 1 kg, with Rs. 750 per kg from 10 kg and Rs. 675 per kg for a 20 kg box. Documents cost Rs. 2,500 and arrive in 4–6 days. Labelled achar, spices and small bottles of ghee are allowed; rice and any jewellery are not. See the allowed items Nepal to Japan.

Nepal to Dubai and UAE courier service

Our cheapest international route. Aramex delivers to every emirate in 4–6 days with instant tracking. A 1 kg parcel costs Rs. 2,500, the rate falls to Rs. 450 per kg from 10 kg and Rs. 400 per kg from 20 kg, and a box can weigh up to 28 kg. Documents cost Rs. 1,650. Labelled food and sealed ghee are allowed; perfume is not.

Nepal to Australia courier service

Documents go by DHL (Rs. 5,000, 4–7 days) or Australia Post (Rs. 3,500, 7–14 days). Parcels start at Rs. 4,500 for 1 kg and take 7–14 days, delivered by Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease or Team Global Express. Nepal to South Korea courier service

Korea Post delivers to the receiver's door in 4–6 days. Rates start at Rs. 4,000 for 1 kg, with Rs. 700 per kg from 10 kg and Rs. 650 per kg from 20 kg, up to 25 kg per box. Documents cost Rs. 3,000. A copy of the receiver's passport is required for every booking.

Nepal to India courier service

Parcels go by road in 10–15 days from Rs. 800 per kg, falling to Rs. 600 per kg for a 20 kg box. Documents go by air for Rs. 850 in 4–6 days. DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier deliver to all major Indian cities. See the cost to courier Nepal to India.

How to Choose the Right Courier Service from Nepal

Not every courier service from Nepal is the same. Before you hand over a parcel, check these five things:

1. Published prices. A good courier service in Kathmandu shows its rates openly, so you know the cost before you pack.
2. Registration. Ask for the company registration and PAN number, and check them on the government websites.
3. Tracking. Every parcel should get a tracking number from a known delivery partner in the destination country.
4. Item advice. The courier should tell you what each country accepts before you pay, not after the parcel is held.
5. An office you can visit. A real address and phone number you can call when you have a question.

5 Ways to Save on International Courier Services

1. Combine parcels. Bigger boxes cost less per kg on every route, so send one box with family or friends instead of several small ones.
2. Watch the 10 kg and 20 kg steps. On the UK and Japan routes, a 10 kg box costs less than 9 kg, and 20 kg costs less than 19 kg.
3. Send documents separately. Papers have their own lower price and travel faster than parcels.
4. Pack only allowed items. A held parcel costs time and money. Check the rules table above or ask us first.
5. Book before festival rush. Booking early for Dashain and Tihar avoids last-minute express costs and delays.

Document Courier Service

Certificates, transcripts, visa papers, legal documents and letters have their own lower prices on most routes: Rs. 850 to India by air, Rs. 1,650 to Dubai, Rs. 2,500 to Japan, Rs. 3,000 to South Korea, Rs. 3,500 to Australia by Australia Post (Rs. 5,000 by DHL express) and Rs. 4,500 to the UK. How Our Courier Service in Kathmandu Works

1. Get a price. Call or WhatsApp +977-9857083966 with the destination, weight and items.
2. Free pickup or drop-off. We collect from your home inside Kathmandu Valley, or you visit our office in Khasibazar.
3. Check, pack and weigh. Our team checks every item, packs the box and confirms the final price.
4. Pay and dispatch. Pay by Fonepay, cash or bank transfer. Your parcel is dispatched with the customs papers.
5. Track until delivery. You receive a tracking number to share with the receiver, and we follow up if anything is delayed.

How We Price International Courier Services

• By weight: weight is rounded up to the next kg, and the per-kg rate drops as the box gets heavier.
• Published rates: every price is on our country pages, in Nepali rupees, with no hidden charges.
• Customs handling: boxes of 10 kg and above add Rs. 1,500 for customs handling in Nepal.
• Destination duty: depending on the value, the receiver may pay import tax in the destination country. For example, GOV.UK says gifts worth £39 or less are free of VAT.
• Bigger is cheaper: on the UK and Japan routes, a 10 kg box costs less than 9 kg, so ask us before you pack.

Festival Season Courier Service from Nepal

Dashain, Tihar and Chhath are the busiest weeks for every courier service from Nepal. For Bhai Tika on 11 November 2026, book by about 22 October for Japan, 25 October for India, 27 October for Australia and 2 November for the UK, South Korea and Dubai. Clothes, dhaka topi, shawls, labelled sweets and artificial jewellery are the most popular festival gifts. Remember that food cannot go to Australia and ghee cannot go to the UK.
